  • Working as a team member in a fast-paced food preparation setting
  • Preparing recipes for use in service
  • Setting up workstations with ingredients and prepared recipes
  • Reading order tickets, and preparing food to order
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station and environment, maintaining food safety standards, rotating food product, documenting and dating all products and being constantly aware that the public's good health has been entrusted to you
  • Replenishing supplies, ingredients and recipes
  • Deep cleaning equipment and kitchen space to ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness including running a commercial dish machine, scrubbing pots and pans, scouring equipment, wiping walls and surfaces, scrubbing and mopping floors, sanitizing everything in sight and taking pride in working in the cleanest kitchen in the county
  • Working hard and having fun


  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have graduated from high school or have a GED
  • Must have no felony convictions
  • Must be willing to submit to and able to pass a drug-screening test prior to employment if requested and after hiring if determined to be necessary
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays


  • This is a position to learn to work in our kitchen brigade.
  • You will be trained on every position on the line
  • You will learn at your own pace, and your compensation will be based on your skill level and the positions that you have mastered.
  • Our compensation rate is from $10 per hour to $15 per hour
  • If you are new to kitchen work with no experience, you will begin your training at $10 per hour. If you have some experience, you will train your first shifts at $10 per hour, and be adjusted based on your experience when you have become efficient on the first station.


  • Training on first position: $10.00. First raise given when you are able to work that station solo on any shift.
  • Garde-Manger (Pantry) $11.00
  • Sauté $12.00
  • Grill / Expo $13.00
  • Prep / Kitchen Lead $14.00
  • Sous Chef $15.00
